Hey guys, thanks for dropping by to my blog. I started this blog to share to the world the wonders of bodyweight training. For most of my childhood, I was a chubby kid. I thought, just like the rest of the world, that I need a gym membership and lots of time to get into incredible shape.

My name is Parth Shah, and once I discovered how to properly train with my bodyweight, I’m in better shape than ever.

Let me tell you right now that I do make commissions off all the products I promote on this site. That’s kinda my job. I’ve taken a huge gamble with my life and decided not to work 9-5 in the city. Why?

Because I believe in freedom. Freedom is what bodyweight training gives you: workout anywhere, workout anytime, and workout with your own rules. And it’s only natural that I promote the best bodyweight products in the world in order to achieve both my physical and financial goals.
